Russian abstract: В статье рассматривается проблема коррупции, которая приобретает системообразующий характер в современном обществе. Представлен социологический анализ истоков возникновения коррупционных действий и условий, которые способствуют этому явлению, а также характеристики социального портрета коррупционера. Сегодня индивидуальный акт коррупционера трансформируется в коллективное, общественное явление. Исходя из того, что фундамент личности закладывается в детском периоде, авторами статьи рассмотрены истоки формирования российской коррупционной личности. English abstract: The article deals with the problem of corruption, which is becoming a system-forming character in modern society. The article presents a sociological analysis of the origins of corruption and the conditions that contribute to this phenomenon, as well as the characteristics of the social portrait of a corrupt official. Today, the individual act of a corrupt official is transformed into a collective, social phenomenon. Based on the fact that the Foundation of personality is laid in childhood, the authors of the article consider the origins of the formation of the Russian corrupt personality.
