Abstract

The results of the summer expedition 2020 of the student teaching club "Portulan" together with the staff of the Institute of Geography of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences to the Munku-Sardyk mountain area, where the field research of nival-glacial formations, river and slope aufeis, slope forms of relief and processes of their formation in the valleys of the Bely Irkut, Bugovek and Muguvek rivers were carried out, are summarized: regime surveys of high altitude aufeis, as well as traditional weather monitoring and study of the rock stream "Active".
