Abstract

Purpose This study is to explore ways to establish effective digital transformation strategies. Specifically, it is the identification of dynamic capabilities that support the development of digital manufacturing capabilities, and the relationship between digital manufacturing capabilities and corporate performance Methods This empirical research method in relation to dynamic capabilities, digital manufacturing capabilities and corporate performance is analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. Results Dynamic capability factors affecting corporate performance are financial resources, Trial&Error Approach and innovation promotion culture/value sharing, digital manufacturing capabilities have a mediating effect on dynamic capabilities and corporate performance, and environmental dynamics have a regulatory effect. Conclusion In order to generate results in the digital transformation process, dynamic capabilities and digital manufacturing capabilities based on them must be developed.
