Abstract

A methodical approach to assessing the level of support for the development of creative enterprises, taking into account their specificities, has been developed. The priority parameters of the space of their life activities are defined, which are divided into controlled and uncontrolled. The first group includes: creative leadership, digital leadership, organizational leadership; to the second – cultural and educational, human, informational and communication potentials of the region / country. A set of evaluation indicators of the specified parameters has been formed. The justified feasibility of using the toolkit of standardization of indicators to determine the integrated values of the parameters and the level of provision as a whole. The objectivity of the critical values of indicators and their weighting coefficients is provided by the results of an expert survey of twenty-two managers who have experience in various fields of creative industries.
