Abstract
Purpose. To show our results for surgical treatment of patient with high and very high myopia with implaited trifocal IOL. Material and methods. Patients were treated in the «EyeDoctor» ophthalmology clinic (Almaty, Kazakhstan). There were 52 patients in presbiopic age who were treated with implantation of trifocal IOL. Results. Results of our surgical treatment were high enough with several criteria. Conclusion. The implantation of trifocal IOLs give us good results in patients with high and very high myopia.
