Method: This study shows how the script activities affect the students' frequency of overall behaviors and that by modality through multiple probe design across the subjects targeting 3 students. Result: The result follows that, first, the script activities increase the frequency of communication behavior, and the effect is maintained. Second, frequency by modality is also increased and is maintained. However, these are not generalized. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the AAC intervention for the children with severe and multiple disabilities is structured with activities preferred by students. And the frequency of communication is increased, once the intervention was performed with familiar communication partner. The reasons for the failure of generalization are supposed to be change in communication partner or individual health issue and emotional conditions of students. Therefore, this study discuss about the educational implications and limits of the results.
