Abstract

The article is devoted to the key provision of the tactics of inspection of the scene of the accident – the principle of completeness of its conduct. The practical implementation of this provision is complicated by the lack of a clear understanding of the content and methodology of its implementation by law enforcement officers during the inspection of the scene. The article reveals the structural components of this principle and analyzes the importance of methods of its implementation in the practice of conducting an investigative examination.
