Abstract
This study investigated the effect of counselor’s spirituality on resilience, andexamined the parallel mediating effects of self-care and self-regulation. 231 counselorsfrom Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Jeollanam-do, Jeollabuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do regionsparticipated in this study. Data were analyzed using SPSSWIN 27.0 and SPSS ProcessMacro 4.2 program. The results were as follows: First, counselor’s spirituality waspositively correlated to self-care, self-regulation, and resilience. Self-care was positivelycorrelated to self-regulation and resilience. Moreover self-regulation was positivelycorrelated to resilience. Second, self-care had partial mediating effects betweencounselor’s spirituality and resilience. Third, self-regulation had partial mediating effectsbetween counselor’s spirituality and resilience. Fourth, the parallel mediating effects ofself-care and self-regulation in the effect of counselor’s spirituality on resilience wereappeared.
