Abstract
The article analyzes the operational state of educational institutions located in the subordinate structures of JSC “Russian Railways”. The object of a detailed study was a private educational institution “Boarding school No. 13 of secondary general education of JSC “Russian Railways” (Yekaterinburg, Technicheskaya str., 99). The necessity for renovation of outdated buildings and structures located on the territory of this educational institution is substantiated, proposals for the reconstruction of boarding school buildings No. 13 are given.
