Abstract

The purpose of this study was to relationship between self management and physical self perception, physical self efficacy, and performance confidence in a Taekwondo demonstration member. For the research, the researchers collected 162 data using the online survey in the ‘google’ online and collected data was analyzed by SPSS 18. The following results were obtained: The first, Taekwondo demonstration member’s self management has a partial impact on physical self perception. The second, Taekwondo demonstration member’s self management has a partial impact on physical self efficacy. The third, Taekwondo demonstration member’s self management has a partial impact on performance confidence. The fourth Taekwondo demonstration member’s self management has a partial impact on physical self efficacy. The fifth Taekwondo demonstration member’s self management has a partial impact on performance confidence. Lastly Taekwondo demonstration member’s physical self efficacy has a partial impact on performance confidence.
