Abstract

The article analyzes the main anti-corruption mechanisms provided for by federal Laws No. 44-FZ “On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, and services for State and municipal needs” and No. 223-FZ“On Procurement of goods, works, and services by certain types of legal entities”. At the same time, consideration of issues of administrative and criminal liability for corruption is not included in the subject of the study within the framework of this article.
