재난현장 중심의 정보 수집 및 관리를 위한 프로토타입 시스템 설계

Abstract

재난현장의 실시간 정보는 재난방재에서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 일반적으로, 재난관련기관에서는 재난현장의 다양한 정보를 수집하기 위해 모바일 단말기를 사용한다. 하지만 현재의 재난정보시스템은 다른 시스템과 유연하게 연계할 수 있는 효과적인 기능을 제공하지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에 재난 관련기관에서는 재난정보의 수집과 관리를 위해 스마트 폰 애플리케이션 사용하여 다른 시스템과의 유연한 연계성을 갖추어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트 폰 기반의 애플리케이션을 통하여 재난현장의 정보를 체계적으로 수집 및 관리할 수 있는 프로토타입 시스템을 설계하고 이전 시스템의 취약점을 보완하고자 한다. Real time information on disaster situation is very important in disaster prevention effort. Generally, disaster related organizations use mobile devices to collect various disaster informations of disaster site. However, current disaster collection systems do not provide effective functionality to connect with another disaster information system. Therefore, disaster-related organizations have to make smartphone application for collection and administration of disaster information and then connect it with another information system. If this system is commercialized, vulnerability of previous system can be complemented. Thus, this paper focused on designing a prototype system for information collection and management in disaster site using smartphone applicatiom.
