Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of methodological bases for the formation of skills of educational self-organization of future teachers of choreographic disciplines in the process of professional training. The urgency of this problem is revealed, the semantic meaning of the main definition is clarified and the author's definition of the concept of «ability of educational self-organization of students- choreographers» as the ability to independently and independently choose an individual trajectory, methods and means of their professional education for the purpose of planning, managing, regulating, controlling and evaluating its process and effectiveness is presented. It is substantiated that the effective formation of self-organization skills of future choreography teachers is possible due to the introduction into the process of professional training of the organizational and methodological complex, which includes specially developed: pedagogical conditions (increasing students' self-motivation for professional self-improvement; activation of students' independent work; drawing students' attention to self-reflection of their own educational activities); various forms (classroom, distance, independent, training, self-training, creative tasks) and types of educational activities of students (educational-theoretical, scientific-search, creative-practical, artistic and performing); technologies, tools and methods designed to enhance the internal activity and volitional qualities of students (responsibility, discipline, perseverance, initiative, etc.), develop their ability to independently design the trajectory of their future profession, the formation of skills to autonomously plan, regulate, correct, control and evaluate their own educational activities, rationally work with various information sources, organize an individual training schedule, implement psychological feedback with oneself (reflection) against the background of introspection and self-esteem. The article highlights the content of methodological support for increasing the self-organization of students-choreographers in classes in professional disciplines, which includes methods: actualization of methods of independent and rational study of theoretical sources (drawing up plans and abstracts, thesis presentation of the material, method of training memorization, concise retelling of the text, the basics of shorthand, etc.); self-training in performing disciplines (individual simulator, elaboration of choreographic elements and combinations, independent acquaintance with new works, rehearsals, performance projects, staging work, etc.); methods of practical and methodological training (independent development of lesson plans, maintenance of planned and reporting documentation, implementation of pedagogical and educational activities within various types of industrial practice, etc.); self-organization of remote classes (self-preparation of video presentations, participation in video conferences, online classes, dialogue, creative, interactive methods), methods of self-reflection (conversations, analysis of time and level of performance, writing essays-reflections, keeping a diary of reflection analysis, etc.).
