Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception, value, and satisfaction of students participating in action cheerleading. For the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted for about two months from October 2021 targeting a total of 543(91 males, 452 females) middle school, high school, and college students who are participating in action cheerleading. The surveyed data were analyzed using frequency analysis, multiple response frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis using the SPSS statistical program. One-way ANOVA was performed to determine the difference in satisfaction among the participants of action cheerleading activities. The resulting results are as follows. First, the perception of middle school and college students was highest for ‘action cheerleading is good’, and high school students have good teamwork.
