Abstract

The article deals with issues related on the one hand to the procurement system, on the other hand, the procedure for implementing requirements in the legislation on the contract system obliging the customer to prevent a conflict of interest during procurement. Conflict of interest is a systemic issue that runs through not only the legislation on the contract system, but also in anticorruption legislation. The authors in this article have tried to pay attention to the procedure for declaring the absence of a conflict of interest and possible consequences for procurement participants in the event of an unresolved conflict of interest.
