Abstract

This article explores the application of chatbots in the educational sector, covering a broad spectrum of tasks ranging from administrative support to educational interaction. Chatbots can significantly reduce the cognitive load on educators, enhance learning efficiency, and facilitate access to educational resources. Special attention is given to the ability of chatbots to adapt to individual student needs, making the educational process more flexible and personalized. The study demonstrates how the integration of chatbots into educational systems improves communication between students and educators, making it more effective and preferred.
