Abstract

Abstract: The article describes the method of digital and reflex cameras calibration technique to identify the distance by the photographic method. The technique is intended to combine the photos scale operation and the identifying distances to the explored object by photographing it with the horizontally applied levelling rod, which is played the role of the horizontal baseline. There is a describing of the calibration execution order and the processing of the receiving images in PAINT at the baselines with the length of 0,5; 1,0; 1,5; 2,0; 3,0. It shows graphical and analytical methods of solution to the assigned task, its geometrical interpretation and accuracy rating of receiving results. The degree of influence of calibration interval on the distance measurement accuracy is explored. It is ascertained, that the graduating mark of the one pixel of the used camera is less than the measurement accuracy is higher. There are comparison results of control instrumentations with their true values, which are confirmed the possibility of effective using of the photographic distance measure method in practice.
