Abstract

The Russian invasion led to the adoption of extraordinary decisions aimed at stabilizing economic processes in the country. In particular, the introduction of martial law created the need to intensify state support for economic activities in all sectors of the economy, but of particular importance are those that are focused on defense, food, energy security and others aimed at restoring infrastructure.. The analysis of innovative decisions introduced by the Ukrainian authorities in order to maximize the support of existing business entities for the continuation of economic activity, as well as the provision of simplified, adaptive procedures for starting economic activity, is carried out. According to the analysis of the proposed solutions, it is possible to characterize them, which were organizational (non-financial) and financial in nature, as well as determine the stages that Ukraine has already passed and should go through on the path of economic recovery. The study of the experience of state support for economic entities in the conditions of military operations of the Israeli state was important.. The new economic policy of the postwar period is characterized by the creation by the state power of acceptable conditions for economic activity, with the introduction of maximum state support. Now we have the opportunity to determine the transition in the system of state support from the crisis decisions that were necessary at the beginning of a full-scale invasion to another stage of legal regulation, which marks the introduction of measures that should help Ukrainian business entities to become competitive in the domestic and foreign markets in the conditions of prolonged hostilities. It is also important to develop instruments of state regulation of economic activity with the help of which not only stabilization of the economy in the conditions of hostilities is achieved, but also on its development and post-war revival. Keywords: state economic policy, state regulation, instruments of state regulation, economic activity, martial law.
