Abstract
Based on the analysis of available data on the ratio of tractional and suspended load, data for 11 Azerbaijan rivers were selected. The dependence between the ratio of tractional and suspended load and the average height of the catchment was established. The resulting equation excludes an arbitrary determination of the value of this ratio for rivers located in different physiographic conditions. High unevenness was revealed for changes in the erosion modulus.
