Abstract
본 연구는 학생 운동선수가 인식하는 부모와 지도자의 성취압력과 소진의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 서울과 경기도에 소재한 중학교와 고등학교 운동선수들을 모집단으로 설정하고 유목적 표집법으로 중학교 운동선수 120명, 고등학교 운동선수 200명, 총 320명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 18과 AMOS 18 프로그램을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 구조방정식모형검증 그리고 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석 과정을 수행하여 다음 과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 학생 운동선수가 지각한 부모 성취압력, 지도자 성취압력, 자아탄력성 및 소진의 요인들 간의 상관관계는 -.252 ~ .588의 수준에서 서로 관련성을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 자아탄력성은 부모 성취압력과 소진의 관계에서 완전 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
