Abstract

The financial relations between Poland and the EU have been analysed in this article. The analysis of the latest studies and the publications of scientists on this topic have been carried out as well as unresolved issues have been identified on their basis. The main components of the EU financial management system are highlighted. The main features of Poland’s financial relations with other EU countries have been systematised. The planned amount of contributions from the EU budget to Poland in accordance with the Multi-Year Financial Program for 2021- 2027 has been determined. Structural funds, as key financing programs, have bee studied. The dynamics of the inflow of EU funds through the structural funds to Poland as well as the dynamics of the inflow of EU funds through the cohesion fund to Poland have been analysed. The main advantages and disadvantages of Poland joining the Eurozone have been actualised. Advantages and disadvantages of Poland’s participation in the EU single market have been identified.
