Abstract

The processes of innovation activity and readiness of university graduates to form the modern society are considered. To solve the main contradictions associated with these processes, the author proposes to use the concept of lean production as applied to the system of university training and presents a system of values for consumers of university services, identifying the main problematic points for consumers and teachers in the course of training.
