기능성 게임 : 소프트웨어 및 디지털콘텐츠 저작권 보호 인식에 관한 고찰

Abstract

현대인들의 주변에는 다양한 종류의 소프트웨어와 디지털콘텐츠들이 산재해 있다. 대부분의 사람들은 소프트웨어 및 디지털콘텐츠 저작권 보호 문제의 중요성을 인식하지 못하고 있으며, 어떠한 범죄 의식도 느끼지 못한 채 소프트웨어나 디지털콘텐츠를 불법적으로 사용하거나 복제 행위를 하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 IT계열 전공자와 비-IT계열 전공자들을 대상으로 소프트웨어 및 디지털콘텐츠 저작권 인식에 대한 설문조사를 실시한 다음 그 결과분석을 통하여 문제점을 제시하고 저작권 관련 인식 문제를 개선하기 위한 방안을 모색한다. 가장 효과적인 저작권 인식 개선 방법은 지속적이고 체계적으로 저작권 관련 교육을 실시하는 것이다. 또한, 이용자가 저작권 비용으로 지불할 수 있는 적정한 수준의 가격이 형성되어야만 할 것이다. There are scattered various kinds of software and digital contents around modern peoples. Most of peoples do not realize the importance of the problem related with rights protections of software and digital contents that most of peoples are acting illegal use or illegal copy of software or digital contents without any sense of guilt. In this paper, we carry out a survey targeting IT department majors and non-IT department majors about their aware of rights of software and digital contents and then we suggest a problem from the results of a survey and study a solution for advancing problem of aware of rights. The most effective solution of aware improvement of rights is continuous and repetitive education concerning rights. Also, Reasonable prices that should makes for paying cost of copyrights by users.
