Abstract

In the current periods of turbulent changes in social life and public consciousness, the problem of justice becomes most acute. The purpose is to consider the content of the category of justice and its impact on labor behavior in modern Russian society. An analysis of historical periods made it possible to trace changes in the understanding of the category of justice. A secondary analysis of the results of sociological research showed that the legal regulation of labor relations does not fully form the expected labor behavior, since laws are often assessed as unfair; justice remains the leading value that determines the way of life of the population.
