Abstract

According to the high concentration of wastewater and various wastewater characteristics due to advanced industrialization, the operation of a sewage treatment plant is also increasingly requiring technology. In particular, the characteristics of wastewater are increasing according to the inflow of salt and the concentration load and salt inflow occurring during the processing of fishery products. Accordingly, the activated sludge method and the Media method were compared for comparison of treatment efficiency and comparative evaluation of stable treated water. Also, it was studied for the optimization value among the process factors. In the case of fishery products washing water, when measuring raw water, BOD 717 mg/L, COD 261 mg/L, SS 470 mg/L, T-N 102.4 mg/L, and T-P 17.478 mg/L were measured. In the case of 4stage-BNR, the treated water quality for salt inflow was BOD 97.7%, SS 96.5%, T-N 53.5%, 85.0% and Media method BOD 97.8%, SS 98.2%, T-N 62.7%, and 89.4%. The improved treatment efficiency of the advanced treatment method Media was found to be more excellent, and the treatment efficiency according to the process factor change was additionally analyzed. The removal efficiency according to HRT change was highest at 9hr for T-N and 8hr for T-P. The removal efficiency according to the change in MLSS was highest at 69.7% of T-N and 94.0% of T-P in the MLSS 4,000~6,000mg/L section. The treatment efficiency according to the F/M ratio was highest at 0.075~0.08. Treatment efficiency according to SRT showed the highest treatment efficiency at T-N 9 days and T-P 8 days.
