Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 사회적경제 조직의 단일유형과 복합유형을 비교하는 것이다. 사회적경제 조직 형태 하나를 가진 조직은 단일유형이고 둘 이상을 가진 조직은 복합유형이다. 사회적경제 조직의 핵심 속성을 포괄하는 복합목적, 다중이해관계자, 복합자원동원 차원에서 비교하였다.<BR> 첫째, 복합목적은 다양한 목적을 동시에 추구하는 사회적경제 조직의 특성이다. 국가의 1섹터, 영리기업의 2섹터, 시민·지역사회의 3섹터 목적 중에서, 복합유형은 3섹터 목적을 가장 많이 추구하며 단일유형은 2섹터 목적을 가장 적극적으로 추구한다. 둘째, 다중이해관계자는 의사결정에 다양한 이해관계자를 참여시키는 특성이다. 복합유형 조직이 단일유형 조직보다 의사결정에 더욱 다양한 이해관계자를 참여시키는 것으로 확인됐다. 특히, 가장 복잡한 세 가지 조직 형태를 갖춘 복합유형이 제일 많이 참여시킨다. 셋째, 복합자원동원은 다양한 섹터로부터 자원을 동원하는 특성이다. 전체적으로 단일유형과 복합유형이 동질적인 모습을 보인다.
