Abstract

The article describes the results of the conceptual analysis of the texts from M. I. Tsvetaeva’s plays “Fortune” (1919) and “An Adventure” (1919). The methods of objectification of the concept FRENCH NOBLEMAN in these dramatic works of the poet are analysed. The paper describes the cognitive features of the concept under study and traces the ways of its formation by analysing M. I. Tsvetaeva’s reading circle. The French authors’ works that made up the family library have been chosen for the analysis. Most of the authors belong to the era of romanticism, which explains some of the characteristics of the authorial concept.
