Abstract
The article presents a conceptual and theoretical analysis of the technological sovereignty of the Russian state. The work examines the main academic discourses in the interpretation and justification of the essence, meaning and role of technological sovereignty in the modern era of society development. The legal policy of various states andits key priorities in the field of ensuring technological sovereignty are discussed separately, as well as the doctrinal, legal and legislative foundations for ensuring technological sovereignty of Russian society during the period of sanctions pressure and changing geopoliticalreality are analyzed.
