Abstract

In this study, hypotheses are set up and tested to achieve their study objectives. The hypothesis test was applied with regression analysis. Tests show that the festival"s perceived safety service affects festival activities degree. It was also analyzed that the perceived safety service of the festival partially affected satisfaction. And the festival activities degree was analyzed to affect satisfaction. These test results are considered to provide the following implications. First, the impact relationships among the perceived safety service of the festival, the festival activities degree, and satisfaction is established scientifically. I think I can contribute to research considering the variable of festival activities degree in the future. Second, the festival planning and operation body will need to prepare and apply detailed criteria to improve the overall safety service level. Third, the improvement of the festival"s perceived safety service level is a key factor contributing to the revitalization of the festival and the development of future festivals. Fourth, festival satisfaction is the resultant factor resulting from a festival activities degree. Thus, it will be necessary to strengthen the more dynamic and experiential elements of the festival program and introduce participatory incentives.
