Abstract
The purpose of the article is to develop measures to reduce the risks of implementing the project in an oil production company. The paper used theoretical and practical research methods. Theoretical methods include analysis, synthesis, classification, generalization, grouping. Assessment, comparison, observation, description, measurement are used as practical methods. An analysis of the risks associated with the implementation of the environmental project was carried out, recommendations for their minimization were proposed. The implementation of the environmental project will ensure rational environmental management, use safer technologies from a technological point of view and, thereby, reduce the level of technological impact on the environment and other possible risks.
