Abstract

Purpose of the article. This article considers the problem of networking of companies in the context of globalization. The paper considers the evolution, essence, structure and principles of this phenomenon, its importance for the development of joint activities of companies, exchange of resources and expansion of market coverage. Tasks. Within the framework of the study of network interaction between companies in the context of globalization, the following tasks are set: to analyze the current state and dynamics of development of network relations between enterprises in the world market; to study the impact of global economic trends on the formation and strengthening of partnerships; to identify the main problems and challenges faced by companies in the interaction on a global scale; to develop recommendations for optimizing network interaction, taking into account the specifics of different regions and industries. Methods. The methodology of the study of company networking in the context of globalization involves a combined approach, including qualitative research through interviews with experts, case studies to analyze case studies, comparative analysis of practices in different regions, as well as analysis of current scientific literature to form a theoretical framework. This multi-faceted approach allows for a deep dive into the issues and a comprehensive understanding of network dynamics in the global marketplace. Results. The author analyzes how globalization affects the formation and development of network relationships between companies and what strategies can be used to strengthen their position in the global market. The main focus was on changes in organizational structures, which can take various forms - from local and regional alliances to extensive international cooperation, as well as opportunities and risks arising from networking. Conclusions. Integration of digital technologies into the networking system enhances communication between participants and promotes more transparent and coordinated cooperation, which not only strengthens partnerships but also creates conditions for the emergence of long-term alliances. Digital evolution is leveling the playing field for small and medium-sized businesses, giving them access to global opportunities and resources previously reserved for corporate giants. This shift is contributing to the birth of new business strategies that focus on adaptability, ingenuity and teamwork.
