Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of sustainable innovative development of business processes of value-oriented logistics systems. In the first part of the article the content of value-oriented logistics systems focused on providing demanded value that meets the needs of customers is disclosed; the value structure, including the core and buffer belt, is considered; the application of a process approach in the management of value-oriented logistics systems is justified. In the second part of the article the importance of innovations in the formation of value-oriented systems is determined, the main directions of innovative development of business processes of logistics systems are identified, the role, structure and influence of digital innovations in the development of the value orientation of logistics systems are revealed. Special attention is paid to the consideration of digital tools that are actively used in the transformation of business processes in logistics systems.
