Abstract

The article describes the Buryat constructions of cause and purpose with an additional evaluative component. For the first time in the Mongolian studies, the author identifies the Buryat adverbial constructions complicated with an evaluative component. Having analysed polypredicative constructions of cause and purpose, the researcher concludes that evaluation, positive and negative, excessively positive and quantitative, is an important component in the system of the Buryat adverbial constructions.
