Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the methodological foundations of management and organization of activities of service units of agricultural business structures. The structure of the management system of an organization whose main operational activities are related to agricultural production is justified and graphically presented. The advantages of the cooperative form of organization for conducting agricultural activities are systematized.
