The major analytical results of the study showed that both perceived sociocultural and environmental tourism impacts of local residents had positive regression weight on sense of community while economic tourism impact did not. Moreover, both economic and sociocultural tourism impacts of local residents had positive regression weight on support fo maritime leisure tourism development while environmental tourism impact did not. Local residents’ perceived sense of community, furthermore, had a positive regression weight on support fo maritime leisure tourism development.
