Формирование специализации сельских территорий в рамках стратегического управления их развитием

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to research and systematize the factors determining the specialization of rural areas of the Republic of Buryatia. The article highlights the issues of the formation of rural areas specialization for the purposes of strategic management. Based on the data of the statistical bodies of the Republic of Buryatia, the structure of agricultural production by branches and categories of rural producers is analyzed, the factors affecting the specialization of rural territories, the typology of territories are systematized. The authors propose an approach to the formation of specialization of rural areas, taking into account the totality of conditions and factors affecting the sustainability and direction of strategic development of rural areas, aimed at increasing the well-being of the rural population. Scientific novelty lies in the development of an approach to the formation of specialization of rural areas, which allows us to consistently take into account the whole complex of factors affecting it. As a result of the application of this approach, it will be possible to develop strategic plans for the development of rural territories based on the formation of their specialization with the inclusion of mechanisms of influence on the factors of rural development.
