Abstract
The goal of this article is to study the multifaceted role of sports diplomacy in shaping Mongolia's foreign policy including international relations, influencing political, social, and economic relations, especially by using major international sports events for strategic purposes. This article aims to evaluate the effectiveness of sports as a diplomatic tool through case studies and analyzing the impact of sports on diplomatic relations between countries. In order to develop Mongolia's diplomatic relations with foreign countries and support international cooperation, it is necessary to make a conclusion about how sports events, the "Olympic Games" of the IOC, and the continental sports games are strategically leveraged.
