Abstract
We consider the methanogenesis in bioreactor with microflora, fixed on immobile support . The process of formation of biogas bubbles in biofilm and conditions of their growth is analysed. The equations for the determination of the radius dependence of the separation of a gas bubble from the surface of the biofilm from the bulk of the rate of biogas emission are shown
