Abstract
This article presents an original method of surgical treatment of complete uterine prolapse (a modification of the Neugebauer–Le Fort operation) in elderly and senile patients using titanium tape mesh implants, which contribute to strengthening and firm consolidation of the vaginal walls, elevation and stabilization of the postoperative position of pelvic organs (uterus, vaginal walls, bladder).
