평균 명암 측정을 이용한 승강기 내에서 여성의 성 추행 추출

Abstract

성폭력은 강간, 강제 추행, 성희롱, 도촬 등 상대방의 의사에 반하여 성적 자기 결정권을 침해하는 모든 신체적 정신적 폭력을 말한다. 남성이 가해자이고 여성이 피해자인 경우가 많은 범죄 행위 중 하나이다. 그 중에서 성폭력의 하나인 성추행은 강제추행을 뜻한다. 본 논문에서는 승강기 내에서 여성의 성 추행 사건을 평균 명암 측정을 통하여 추출하도록 한다. 각 픽셀은 RGB의 3개의 컬러 구성요소를 가질 경우의 컬러 프레임을 고려했다. 현재 프레임과 다음 프레임 사이의 절대 차이의 평균은 현재 프레임과 이전 프레임 사이의 절대 차이로 나눠진다. 하지만, 이전 장면 전환 쌍 사이에 차이가 있다면 장면 전환 검출 나타내는 불연속 값이 상대적으로 작을 수 있다. 따라서 식을 재정의 하여 사용하고 재정의 한 알고리즘이 훨씬 더 우수함을 실험을 통해 알 수 있다. It is one of the many criminal acts that male is perpetrators and female is victims. Sexual harassment, one of the sexual violence is forced sexual harassment. It is considered a color frame where each pixel has 3 color components such that RGB. The averaging the absolute difference between the current frame and te next frame is divided by the absolute difference between the current frame and the previous frame. If there was a difference between the frame pair before a scene change the discontinuity value indicating a scene change could be relatively small. Therefore, Thus, the use of the redefined equation and redefined algorithm can be seen as it is much more good via experiment.
