Abstract

The article analyzes the management system of municipal property as one of the sources of income to the local budget. When writing the article, comparisons, generalizations, induction, and data analysis were used. In addition, the analysis of normative legal acts and generalization of practical and regulatory materials were used. In the course of the conducted research, the following problems were identified: low rates of privatization of urban property; low rates of involvement of land plots in circulation; lack of title documents for a significant number of municipal property objects; lack of complete and reliable information about the state and movement of municipal housing stock as part of the consolidated Register of the city district; lack of control over the maintenance, operation and insurance of municipal property leased, which leads to deterioration of the condition of the property, and in some cases to its loss, etc. It is concluded that the activity of the structural unit created for the management of municipal property in the city is ineffective. All identified problems allow the Committee to adjust the work plan, taking into account the identified problems.
