Abstract
The article substantiates the relevance of ensuring the quality of the supplier evaluation process at food industry enterprises. The results of the study of the supplier evaluation process and the development of performance indicators of this process are presented. Based on the results of the study, a methodology is proposed to ensure the quality of the supplier evaluation process, taking into account the requirements of international standards for food safety management systems. The main elements of the methodology based on the application of methods for describing processes, identifying risks, as well as the formation of management plans are described.
