Abstract

Korostova S.V. (Southern Federal University, Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation) Analysis of the emotional space of the novel by Vasily Aksenov is carried out taking into account the functioning of microfield of emotiveness, different levels of updated language means. The article explains the new approach to the typology of emotive language means associated with the release of the special micro fields/areas of functional-semantic field of emotive projecting to the fiction space of the text of the novel. It is shown the specificity of each microfield combining linguistic units of different levels, which are contained in the semantics of the intellectual and/or emotional. Considering the author and the subject of character-modal plans, the author relates the means of their representation with dedicated areas of dominant emotiveness. Particular attention is paid to syntactic structures, expressing the emotional state of the characters in the novel and the author’s subjective-modal plan. Research of actualization means of the category of emotiveness of the novel by V. Aksenov’s “The Island of Crimea” allowed the author to conclude that the prevalence of emotional evaluation in microfield is in dialogues of the characters. The results of analysis are of interest due to the microfield of impulsivity, which is dominated by the internal voice of the protagonist. The author explains the reason for this situation by the fact that in inner speech the character acquires complete freedom of choice of means of expression of emotions, while external speech is limited by the scope of social conventions. Moreover, since the boundary between the author’s narration and speech internal image is not defined, many language means of the microfield of impulsivity can represent the author’s subjective-modal plan. Key words: literature communication, mirofields of emotiveness, emotive utterance, author’s irony. DOI: 10.18522/1995-0640-2015-4-115-123
