Abstract

The article reviews various stages of discussions on state sovereignty matters that took place in the scientific community in the post-Soviet period of the development of Russia. The author justifies the idea that practically relevant aspects of this subject associated with the need for the achievement of the technological sovereignty of the country have abruptly become relevant against the background of the contemporary geopolitical crisis.
