Abstract

The successful implementation of the policy of reform and openness in China, which was initiated by Deng Xiaoping and his like-minded people at the end of 1988, made it possible to create their own model of economic development. With the coming to power of the new government of China, led by Xi Jinping, the implementation of the project "Economic Belt of the Silk Road", "Maritime Silk Road of the 21st century" began, which gave impetus to the development of other programs. Thus, a global geopolitical strategy was formed, adopted by the Chinese government in 2013 for investment in almost 70 countries and international organizations.
