Abstract

This study examined the concept of professionalization and its features at the early stages of development. Then attention was paid to a difficult situation, which is characterized by the following features: it is significant, causes concern, requires an increased expenditure of the subject's resources, as well as his internal work, and certain skills to overcome and adapt. As a result of data analysis, the following patterns emerged. The most common difficult situations in the labor market are refusal after an interview, failure of the probationary period, refusal before the interview for the desired position, dissatisfaction with working conditions caused by the lack of an adaptation system for new employees, and refusal after an internship, prolonged job search.
