Abstract

The proposed method is based on an expert assessment of the weights of the compared criteria using additive convolution. The research material allows us to carry out a numerical assessment of various projects with sufficient reliability, to build a scale of their priority. The main criteria for evaluating an investment project are proposed. An example of choosing an innovative project using an additive criterion is considered. An example of constructing a normalized matrix of pairwise comparison of criteria is shown. Conclusions are drawn on the rating scale of projects based on the selected criteria.
