A brief overview of the economic mechanisms for regulating coffee consumption in recent years is offered. Algerian and Russian consumption markets are compared. How pricing affects coffee consumption and culture. In conclusion, brief conclusions are given on the practical use of the experience of studying the culture of a drink.
