Теоретичні та практичні проблеми реформування галузей соціальної сфери в Україні

Abstract

The development of the social sphere in Ukraine has been analyzed in the article and the directions of its reforming have been outlined. Based on the legislative documents, the expediency of the research of the state of the social sphere in Ukraine has been grounded. The analysis has allowed determining the main problems of the development of the social sphere, which are based on the inefficient use of the investments and extremely insignificant amounts of financing of the objects of this sphere. It has been proved that the purpose of providing of the high quality of the life of the present and the future generations is a balanced solution of the problems of socio-economic development. In this regard, the state must manage the development of the social sphere of the society; direct its efforts on the support at the appropriate level of the labor motivation of the population, satisfaction of its interests and needs. The management of the development of the social sphere of the society is realized by the state through social policy. There is a situation in Ukraine when it can be affirmed that the negative consequences of the socio-economic transformations have been felt by the significant part of the population of our country. Because of this, it is necessary to develop the new social concept and the ways of its realization.
