Abstract
The paper aims to develop a complex structural-semantic model of the frame “armed clash” in a publicistic text. Scientific originality of the study involves developing a scheme of the frame actualization in a text; the statements actualizing the frame are represented as structural syntactic models; interrelations of syntactic structures are represented formally in a symbolic form. The findings indicate that actualization of the frame “armed clash” in a news article occurs according to ascending, recursive and descending models, the latter is described in detail.
